PENGARUH PERSEPSI GURU TENTANG MANAJEMEN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONALIS GURU TERHADAP MUTU LULUSAN DI SMA SE-KECAMATAN PEKALONGAN

Abstract


The goals of this research are to know(1) the influence of teachers' perceptions on the management of the Principal on the quality of graduates in senior high school in Pekalongan sub-district; (2) The influence of professional competence of teachers on the quality of graduates in senior high school in Pekalongan sub-district; (3) Influence of teacher principal teacher's perception and teacher's professional competence on the quality of graduate in SMA in Pekalongan sub-district. This research uses quantitative research type which starts with deductive thinking to decrease hypothesis, then do testing in field, conclusion or hypothesis is drawn based on empirical data. The population in this research is all teachers who exist in high school in Pekalongan sub-district. Based on existing data, teachers in SMA Pekalongan Sub-District amounted to 87 people. Sampling technique in this research using proportional cluster random sampling technique. Based on calculations using the slovin formula of samples in this research amounted to 44. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. Before the instrument is used, first tested the validity and reliability. Data collection techniques using test methods and data analysis techniques using correlation techniques. The result of the research shows that there is a direct positive influence of teachers' perception about the management of Headmaster (X1) on the quality of graduates (Y), there is a positive direct effect of teacher professional competence (X2) on the quality of graduates (Y). There is a direct positive influence of teachers' perception about the management of Headmaster (X1) and professional competence of teachers (X2) on the quality of graduates (Y)
