Abstract

The condition of the business world is dynamic, which always changes every time and there is a link between one another. Therefore, the marketing strategy has a very important role for the success of the company in general and in the marketing field in particular. Besides, the marketing strategy that is implemented must be reviewed and developed in accordance with market developments and the market environment. Thus the marketing strategy must be able to provide a clear and directed picture of what the company is doing in using every opportunity or a combination of several target markets. The target achieved from this Community Service activity is to provide knowledge and assistance in the process of making food permits from the Health Office or B-POM in order to increase the selling value of processed dumpling products. With the socialization and assistance to improve the quality of MSME products with a PIRT Permit, it is hoped that it can increase product sales turnover. Starting from packaging products that look attractive to marketing strategies in accordance with the current new normal. The implementation of this service is in the form of socialization and assistance in processing permits to improve food quality. We explain what forms of food must be registered for a PIRT or B-Pom food permit. The process in making processed products that meet the criteria in accordance with food product permit standards in order to maintain the quality of health and taste contained in the resulting product so that it can be widely marketed.
