PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN PERILAKU KEWARGANEGARAAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMP SE-KECAMATAN PURBOLINGGO KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TIMUR

Abstract


Education is one of the main keys to overcoming the future. Through Education Management, a process of coordinating various educational resources such as teachers, educational facilities, and infrastructure can be achieved following the objectives planned at the educational institution. Performance and  organizational citizenship behavior of teachers who are still relatively low will have an impact on the final  performance of teachers in teaching. This situation indicates that the low performance of teacher shows that the  ability of school principals to lead  school in low. This study uses a survey approach and is included in the type of quantitative describing research using sampling proportional random sampling techniques. The instrument used in the form of a questionnaire. Data collection  methods using the questionnaire method, observation methods, interviews and data analysis techniques using correlation techniques. The results showed there wa an influence of headmaster’s leadership and organizational citizenship behavior in influencing teacher performance by 0.680 or 68, 0%.
