KESEHATAN ORGANISASI PERGURUAN TINGGI SWASTA DI KOTA METRO

Abstract


Banyak konsep teori dalam psikologi organisasi yang berasal dari metafora entitas manusia. Salah satunya adalah konsep mengenai kesehatan organisasi. Mengidentifikasi kondisi kesehatan organisasi akan membantu organisasi untuk menentukan langkah koreksi (mengobati) yang diperlukan ketika menemui adanya malfungsi dalam proses organisasi. Beberapa penelitian menyebutkan bahwa organisasi yang sehat rata-rata memiliki keuntungan yang lebih besar dibandingkan organisasi yang tidak sehat. Pemetaan kondisi kesehatan organisasi telah dilakukan pada organisasi berjenis institusi pendidikan. Pemetaan kesehatan perguruan tinggi telah dilakukan di Singapura, Iran, Amerika Serikat dan negara lainnya. Beberapa penelitian menemukan bahwa  kesehatan organisasi menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kesehatan organsisi perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Metro. Penelitian akan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitif. Peneliti akan menggunakan satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Metro sebagai sampel penelitian, Proses identifikasi kesehatan organisasi dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan konsep teori Hoy dkk.
