KONTINUITAS PEMBELAJARAN E-LEARNING DALAM MENDUKUNG REVOLUSI BELAJAR PADA WARGA BELAJAR PROGRAM KESETARAAN PAKET C DI PKBM BANGUN REJO SAMARINDA

Abstract


The passing of the pandemic has brought changes in the world of education, especially in the implementation of Package C learning continuity at PKBM Bangun Rejo. This e-learning lesson was attended by tutors and residents who studied Package C from their respective homes via online media. Good learning continuity is expected to obtain good learning achievement. At PKBM Bangun Rejo to find out the learning success of Package C students in mastering subject matter, especially in disciplined learning continuity, including how to follow lessons, how to study independently, how to study in groups, how to study textbooks, and how to face exams. The aim of this research is to analyze the Continuity of E-Learning Learning in Supporting the Learning Revolution in Citizens Learning the Package C Equality Program at PKBM Bangun Rejo Samarinda. This research uses qualitative research with the objects of this research being the PKBM chairman, managers or tutors, and learning residents. The data collection techniques used are: interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data validity uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of the research carried out by researchers based on understanding the knowledge of package c students during E-Learning learning are as follows: individual needs, the concept of independent learning, learning experiences, learning readiness, learning orientation and learning motivation. Continuity of e- learning in supporting the learning revolution among learning citizens is supported by Package C subjects, facilities and time availability.
