PEMBAGIAN KERJA DAN KUALITAS KINERJA PENGAJAR PADA POJOK LITERASI BALUN PINTAR DESA BALUNIJUK, KABUPATEN BANGKA
Abstract
The aspect of human resources is a major factor in the success of an organization in achieving its intended goals, one of which is an organization engaged in the field of education. The quality of the performance of human resources in the education sector is still not optimal. In this study the problem stems from the quality of the performance of human resources, especially in the aspect of division of labor as a description of the competence of human resources. Another factor that becomes an intermediary as the relationship between the division of labor and the quality of performance is job satisfaction so that it can get an idea of the effect of the division of labor on the quality of teacher performance. This research is descriptive exploratory with a case study taken at one of the organizations engaged in education in the Bangka region, namely the Pojok Literasi Balun Pintar, Balunijuk Village, Bangka Regency. The study was conducted by means of interviews and open questionnaires. Interviews were conducted for all smart balun corner literacy stewards, while open questionnaires were conducted openly for students who studied in the Pojok Literasi Balun Pintar. The results of the study show that the division of labor influences the quality of teacher performance through teacher job satisfaction.
