ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN KUALITAS DAN FASILITAS WEB KONSULTASI KESEHATAN DENGAN PENDEKATAN PIECES FRAMEWORK

Terbatasnya waktu profesional kesehatan seperti dokter dan ahli gizi untuk bertemu secara langsung dengan pasiennya menjadi tantangan tersendiri dalam masalah kesehatan saat ini. Upaya-upaya perbaikan kesehatan tidak bias hanya dengan mengandalkan cara-cara konvensional, perlu ada upaya untuk menjangkau masyarakat. Salah satu upaya tersebut adalah dengan internet. Namun, masalah relevansi informasi dan konsultasi yang diberikan secara online masih menjadi ancaman kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan konsultasi kesehatan dari berbagai konsultasi kesehatan yang dilakukan secara online.Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan menganalisiswebsite penyedia konsultasi dan informais kesehatan online dengan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service). Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa kesemua website memiliki persamaan pada parameter economic dan efficiency, yaitu sama-sama tidak berbayar dan web sangat terorganisir dengan baik. Sedangkan parameter lainnya (performance, information, control, service) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada sisi nilai keilmiahan informasi, jaminan hak privasi pengguna dan fitur-fitur unik yang berbeda antara web satu dengan yang lainnya.
