Abstract

One problem faced by the partner of the is the lack of the knowledge of to develop a device learning to promote disorder And inability make devices of learning which he in accordance with the condition of the students and learning environment as well as the environment students.This activity involves teamwork and partner which is the group subject teachers joined in MGMP IPA especially biology in Wajo Regency.The this activity is in may to july 2018.The method that is learning model technology, paedagogy, and content knowledge (TPACK) is a model implemented in the workshop. Model this includes 4 steps: understanding, observasi-instruksi, exercise instruction, reflection. The solution offered by a team pengabdi is 1 ) workshop development lesson plans and syllabus based local potential; 2 ) making worksheets student who have developed. The outcome of the activities it is the increase in their knowledge and skills teachers in the development of the teaching material in based local potential.It produces a device of learning in the form of lesson plans, worksheet that can be used students in support the process of learning.
