Abstrak
Strategi pemasaran mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting untuk keberhasilan perusahaan umumnya dan pada bidang pemasaran khususnya. Target yang dicapai dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah Memberikan pengetahuan dan pendampingan dalam proses pembuatan ijin pangan dari dinas Kesehatan ataupun B-POM agar menambah nilai jual produk olahan pangsit. Dengan adanya sosialisasi dan pendampingan peningkatan kualitas produk UMKM dengan Ijin PIRT diharapkan mampu meningkatkan omset penjualan produk. Pelaksanaan pendampingan Pengabdian ini dimulai dengan sosialisasi peningkatan mutu produk agar omset penjualan dapat meningkat. Kegiatan pelaksanaan pengabdian selanjutnya dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan pendampingan terhadap pengemasan produk yang terlihat menarik hingga strategi pemasaran sesuai dengankeadaan new normal saat ini. Selanjutnya kami mendorong pelaku UMKM Eddy group untuk mengurus ijin dalam peningkatan kualitas pangan. Kami menjelaskan bentuk – bentuk makanan apa yang harus didaftarkan ijin pangan PIRT ataupun B-Pom. Proses dalam pembuatan olahan produk yang memenuhi kriteria sesuai dengan standar ijin produk pangan agar terjaga kualitas Kesehatan dan rasa yang terkandung dalam produk yang dihasilkan agar dapat dipasarkan secara luas. Luaran hasil kegiatan dari pengabdian masyarakat yang kami lakukan ini adalah para pelaku UMKM yang tergabung dalam komunitas Eddy Group dapat memahami pentingnya ijin pangan yang telah didaftarkan di dinas Kesehatan ataupun B-Pom untuk menjaga kualitas produk yang dihasilkan dan juga dapat memberikan rasa aman kepada pembeli karena produk telah mendapat pengawasan resmi dari pemerintah serta dapat meningkatkan harga jual produk itu sendiri.

Abstract
Marketing strategy has a very important role for the success of the company in general and in the marketing field in particular. The target achieved from this Community Service activity is to provide knowledge and assistance in the process of making food permits from the Health Office or B-POM in order to increase the selling value of processed dumpling products. With the socialization and assistance to improve the quality of MSME products with a PIRT Permit, it is hoped that it can increase product sales turnover. Implementation of this Community Service assistance begins with the socialization of product quality improvement so that sales turnover can increase. The next service implementation activity is in the form of socialization and assistance on product packaging that looks attractive to marketing strategies according to the current new normal situation. Furthermore, we encourage SMEs, Eddy group, to arrange for permits to improve food quality. We explain what forms of food must be registered for a PIRT or B-Pom food permit. The process in making processed products that meet the criteria in accordance with food product permit standards in order to maintain the quality of health and taste contained in the resulting product so that it can be widely marketed. The outcome of our community service activities is that MSME players who are members of the Eddy Group community can understand the importance of food permits that have been registered at the Health Office or B-Pom to maintain the quality of the products produced and can also provide a sense of security to buyers because the product has received official supervision from the government and can increase the selling price of the product itself.
