Abstract

Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang memiliki kasus tuberculosis (TB) terbanyak nomor 2 di dunia setelah India. Maskipun demikian Indonesia telah meraih progress positif dalam penanganan TB selama satu dekade terakhir. Hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari keterlibitan komunitas TB Care Aisyiyah dalam penanganan kasus TB di daerah. Namun terdapat kendala ketika pandemic Covid-19 melanda.  Komunitas TB Care Aisyiyah mengalami beberapa kesulitan menjalankan peran dan fungsinya. Kesulitan tersebut seperti data pasien TB di Kabupaten Kediri tidak bisa dengan mudah didapatkan dari puskesmas-puskesmas dikarenakan terbatasnya informasi yang diberikan oleh puskesmas terdekat. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bantuan pendampingan penggunaan web conference tentang adaptasi kebiasaan baru pada kader TB Care Aisyiyah   agar program dan kegiatan TB Care Aisyiyah tetap berjalan meskipun ditengah pandemic Covid-19. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah tersusunnya program-program unggulan TB Care Aisyiyah di era adaptasi kebiasan baru, dimana program-program tersebut lebih mengarah kepada advokasi dan pelayanan secara virtual.

ABSTRACT

Indonesia is one of the countries that has the second highest number of tuberculosis (TB) cases in the world after India. Even so, Indonesia has made positive progress in handling TB during the last decade. This is inseparable from the involvement of the TB Care Aisyiyah community in handling TB cases in the regions. However, there were obstacles when the Covid-19 pandemic hit. The TB Care Aisyiyah community has experienced several difficulties in carrying out its roles and functions. These difficulties, such as data on TB patients in Kediri District, cannot easily be obtained from the health centers due to the limited information provided by the closest health center. This service aims to provide assistance in the use of web conferences regarding the adaptation of new habits to TB Care Aisyiyah cadres so that TB Care Aisyiyah programs and activities continue to run even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The result of this service activity is the compilation of excellent TB Care Aisyiyah programs in the era of new adaptation habits, where these programs are more directed towards advocacy and virtual services.
