ABSTRAK
Semua kalangan mulai dari anak-anak, remaja, dewasa bahkan sampai dengan ibu-ibu tidak dapat dipungkiri saat ini kebanyakan menjadi pecinta dan penikmat hal-hal berbau Korea. Hallyu atau yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah Korean wave merupakan salah satu bentuk ekspor budaya yang dilakukan oleh negara Korea Selatan ke negara-negara lain, termasuk indonesia. Fenomena ini mendorong munculnya pola hidup baru di kalangan pecinta korean wave, yaitu pola hidup yang mendorong sifat konsumtif dan mengarah pada pemborosan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengedukasi, memberikan informasi, meningkatkan awareness bagi para pecinta Korean wave terhadap pentingnya self-development, literasi dan inklusi keuangan, pengelolaan laporan keuangan sederhana, serta cara melihat peluang usaha dari hobi mereka. Metode pengabdian dengan cara sharing, diskusi dan pelatihan yang dilakukan melalui webinar via zoom meeting secara daring. Peserta sangat antusias dengan pengetahuan baru yang mereka dapatkan dari pemateri yang kompeten di bidangnya di antaranya dari OJK Lampung dan dosen FEB UM Metro. Hasilnya Peserta mampu menjadi Agent Pemberdaya muda yang cerdas, paham, mengerti tentang literasi dan inklusi keuangan serta menerapkan skala prioritas dalam pengelolaan keuangan, berdaya saing, mampu mengelola mimpi menjadi motivasi yang positif, mampu melihat peluang untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan memanfaatkan fasilitas jasa keuangan untuk pengembangan usaha.

ABSTRACT
All people from children, teenagers, adults and even mothers can not be denied nowadays most of them are lovers and connoisseurs of Korean things. Hallyu or better known as the Korean wave is a form of cultural export carried out by South Korea to other countries, including Indonesia. This phenomenon encourages the emergence of a new lifestyle among Korean wave lovers, namely a lifestyle that encourages consumptive nature and leads to waste. The purpose of this service is to educate, provide information, increase awareness for Korean wave lovers on the importance of self-development, financial literacy and inclusion, managing simple financial statements, and how to see business opportunities from their hobbies. The method of service is by sharing, discussing and training through webinars via online zoom meetings. Participants were very enthusiastic about the new knowledge they got from competent speakers in their fields, including from OJK Lampung and FEB UM Metro lecturers. As a result, participants are able to become young empowerment agents who are smart, understand, understand financial literacy and inclusion and apply priority scales in financial management, are competitive, are able to manage dreams into positive motivation, are able to see opportunities to increase income and take advantage of financial service facilities for development. business.
