ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk (1) meningkatkan kemampuan siswa membuat keputusan karir pilihan studi lanjut, dimana  setelah pelaksanaan layanan BK karir dengan pendekatan trait and factor yaitu agar siswa mampu mengenal potensi (bakat dan minat) sehingga mampu menentukan pilihan jurusan studi lanjutan. Luaran hasil program layanan BK karir degan trait and factor yang diberikan kepada siswa yaitu berupa sebuah panduan lembaran penilaian diri dalam membuat keputusan karir pilihan jurusan studi lanjut di perguruan tinggi yang disusun dalam sebuah lembaran panduan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian layanan BK karir dengan pendekatan trait and factor yaitu presentasi dan demontarasi melalui beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut : (1) pada awal kegiatan siswa diberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang tujuan layanan BK karir, (2) mendemonstrasikan secara langsung langkah-langkah membuat keputusan pilihan jurusan studi lanjut, (3) siswa melakukan latihan praktik secara mandiri. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan bimbingan konseling karir yang telah dilaksanakan menunjukkan perubahan yang baik, siswa mulai mengenal bakat dan kemampuan untuk digunakan dalam membuat keputusan karir.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this service activity is to (1) improve students' ability to make career decisions for further study choices, where after the implementation of career counseling services with a trait and factor approach, students are able to recognize potential (talents and interests) so that they are able to determine the choice of further study majors. The outcome of the career counseling service program with traits and factors given to students is in the form of a self-assessment sheet guide in making career decisions for the choice of further study majors in higher education which are compiled in a guide sheet. The method of implementing career counseling service activities with a trait and factor approach, namely presentation and demonstration through several stages as follows: (1) at the beginning of the activity students are given knowledge and understanding about the goals of career counseling services, (2) directly demonstrate the steps to make decisions choice of further study majors, (3) students do practical exercises independently. The results of the career counseling guidance activities that have been carried out show good changes, students begin to recognize their talents and abilities to be used in making career decisions.
