PENDAMPINGAN MODERNISASI KURIKULUM TAMAN PENDIDIKAN AL-QUR’AN (TPQ) MASJID MASJID NURUL IMAN TEJOAGUNG KOTA METRO SEBAGAI UPAYA MENARIK MINAT ANAK PADA MASJID

ABSTRAK
TPQ adalah lembaga pendidikan dan pengajaran Islam luar sekolah atau dapat disebut juga sebagai pendidikan non formal untuk anak-anak usia SD (usia 7-12 tahun), yang mendidik anak agar mampu membaca Al-Qur'an dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan ilmu tajwid sebagai target pokoknya. Peran TPQ sangat penting untuk membantu mengembangkan potensi psikologis, psiko-sosial dan religious anak. Selain itu, keberadaan TPQ juga dimaksudkan untuk mendukung dan membantu program atau usaha pemerintah menuju tercapainya tujuan Pendidikan Nasional.Salah satu problem yang cukup mendasar kondisi umat Islam dewasa ini salah satunya adalah tidak bisa membaca Al-Qur’an, selain itu anak cenderung malas belajar mengaji ke masjid sebab daya tarik anak pada gadget dan teknologi lain lebih kuat ketimbang daya tarik mengaji. Selain itu pembelajaran TPQ sebagai pendidikan non formal sedikit terabaikan dan dianggap kurang maksimal karena belum adanya kesamaan kurikulum yang pasti bagi TPQ secara nasional, layaknya pendidikan formal dan itu berpengaruh pada kualitas hasil lulusan TPQ yang rendah. Dalam Pendidikan, kurikulum yang menjadi acuan dan sebagai pedoman bagi setiap lembaga pendidikan. Dengan adanya kurikulum, maka diharapkan dalam proses pembelajaran akan sistematis dan berkesinambungan, mempunyai tahap-tahap dan proses serta tujuan yang pasti agar kegiatan pembelajaran sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Kurikulum memegang kedudukan kunci dalam pendidikan, sebab berkaitan dengan penentuan arah, isi, dan proses pendidikan yang ada akhirnya menentukan macam dan kualifikasi lulusan suatu lembaga pendidikan. Maka dari itu perlu adanya kegiatan pendampingan modernisasi kurikulum yang tepat dalam lembaga pendidikan TPQ.

ABSTRACT
TPQ is an Islamic education and teaching institution outside of school or can also be referred to as non-formal education for children aged 7-12 years old, which educates children to be able to read the Qur'an properly and correctly in accordance with the science of recitation. as the main target. The role of TPQ is very important to help develop the psychological, psycho-social and religious potential of children. In addition, the existence of TPQ is also intended to support and assist government programs or efforts towards achieving the goals of National Education. One of the problems that are quite basic in the condition of Muslims today, one of which is not being able to read the Qur'an, besides that children tend to be lazy to study. Koran to the mosque because the attraction of children to gadgets and other technologies is stronger than the attraction of reciting. In addition, TPQ learning as non-formal education is slightly neglected and considered less than optimal because there is no definite curriculum similarity for TPQ nationally, like formal education and it affects the quality of low TPQ graduates. In education, the curriculum is the reference and guide for every educational institution. With the curriculum, it is hoped that the learning process will be systematic and continuous, have stages and processes and definite goals so that learning activities are in accordance with what is expected. The curriculum holds a key position in education, because it is related to determining the direction, content, and educational process that ultimately determines the types and qualifications of graduates of an educational institution. Therefore, there is a need for appropriate curriculum modernization assistance activities in TPQ educational institutions.
