Sosialisasi Kesehatan Mental Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Pada Remaja Desa Bumimas Kecamatan Batanghari

Sejak akhir tahun 2019, dunia digemparkan dengan munculnya Covid-19. Virus yang mengancam nyawa tersebut merubah pola kehidupan masyarakat. Beragam aktivitas yang biasanya dilakukan secara tatap muka, kini berganti menjadi daring demi memutus rantai penyebaran Covid-19. Perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi secara cepat menuntut masyarakat untuk cepat beradaptasi pula. Namun, kesiapan dalam menghadapi pandemi masing-masing orang berbeda, terlebih pada remaja. Maka, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengimbau para remaja untuk menjaga kesehatan mental. Adapun beberapa cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjaga kesehatan mental di masa pandemi adalah 1) Menumbuhkan mindset dan motivasi, 2) Membatasi penggunaan media sosial, 3) Menyibukkan diri dengan aktivitas yang bermanfaat, 4) Menjaga interaksi sosial, 5) Menjaga kesehatan fisik.

Since the end of 2019, the world has been shaken by the emergence of Covid-19. This life-threatening virus has changed the pattern of people's lives. Various activities that are usually carried out face-to-face have now turned online to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. Changes that occur rapidly require people to adapt quickly as well. However, each person's readiness to face a pandemic is different, especially for teenagers. Thus, this study aims to encourage adolescents to maintain mental health. There are several ways that can be done to maintain mental health during a pandemic, namely 1) Growing mindset and motivation, 2) Limiting the use of social media, 3) Keeping yourself busy with useful activities, 4) Maintain social interaction, 5) Maintaining physical health.
