Bimbingan Teknis Budidaya Ulat (Alphitobius diaperius) Berbasis Smart Kandang untuk Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Penggiat Ulat Kandang Desa Sumbernanas Kecamatan Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar

ABSTRAK
   Pengabdian yang dilaksanakan di Dusun Sumbernanas Desa Ponggok Kecamatan Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra terhadap budidaya ulat berbasis smart kandang. Kegiatan pengabdian melalui program PKM PI ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2022 bertempat dirumah mitra Faiz Farm dengan jumlah peserta 15 orang dengan metode penyuluhan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan ceramah dan diskusi mengenai budidaya ulat kandang. Materi yang diberikan terdiri dari pengenalan, fungsi dan cara kerja Smart kandang ulat berbasis Internet of Things. Monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan melalui kegiatan Pre-test sebelum kegiatan dan post-test setelah kegiatan . Data di tabulasi dengan menggunakan excel dan dilakukan analisis dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil yang di dapatkan adalah trend peningkatan pengetahuan mitra sebesar 40%. Smart kandang ulat berbasis Internet of Things dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan peternak ulat kandang di Dusun Sumbernanas Desa Ponggok Kecamatan Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar.

ABSTRACT
The service carried out in Sumbernanas Hamlet, Ponggok Village, Ponggok District, Blitar Regency aims to increase partner knowledge on smart cage-based caterpillar cultivation. This service activity through the PKM PI program held at Faiz Farm Partner's home in June 2022 with 15 participants using the counseling method. The activity was carried out with lectures and discussions about the cultivation of caterpillars. The material provided consists of an introduction, function and workings of the Internet of Things-based Smart caterpillar cage. Monitoring and evaluation is done through a pre-test activity before the activity and a post-test after the activity. Data were aggregated using Excel and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results achieved tend to increase the partner's knowledge by 40% of his. A smart caterpillar cage based on the Internet of Things can increase the knowledge of caterpillar keepers of Sumbernanas Hamlet, Pongok Village, Pongok District, Blitar Regency.
