Meningkatkan Strategi Pemasaran Produk UMKM Melalui Media Online di Desa Cilame

Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para pelaku UMKM dan buruh tentang pentingnya menggunakan media online untuk meningkatkan pemasaran produk yang akan di jual, selain itu ada pun tujuan dari diadakannya program seminar dan workshop iniuntuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi Desa Cilame, sehingga masyarakat dapat menjalani hidup dengan sejahtera. Program kegiatan ini diawali dengan cara melakkukan pendataan pelaku UMKM yang berada di Desa Cilame, kemudian meminta permohonan izin untuk menentukan tanggal pelaksanaan program kegiatan. Pada tanggal 8 Agustus 2022 melakukan survei lokasi dengan cara mendatangi beberapa pelaku UMKM yang berada di Desa Cilame, untuk dapat menyinkronisasi permasalahan yang ada dilapangan, kami membuat program kegiatan seminar Strategy Marketing For Start Up Business. Para mahasiswa melakukan kegiatan dengan cara membuat seminar yang di dalamnya terdapat pemateri-pemateri yang menyampaikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya menggunakan media online di era digitalisasi ini untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk, dengan adanya seminar yang diadakan di Aula Desa Cilame, para pelaku UMKM menjadi paham mengenai cara penggunaan media online untuk memasarkan produknya. Para mahasiswa pun melakukan pendampingan dengan mendatangi tempat para pelaku usaha yang kemudian memberikan praktik khusus kepada para pelaku UMKM sehingga para pelaku UMKM dapat melakukan pemasaran dengan melalui media online secara langsung. Adapun hasilnya, para pelaku UMKM menjadi paham dan langsung menggunakan media online sebagai alat untuk melakukan pemasaran. Strategi ini sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk yang dijual serta dapat membantu para pelaku UMKM dalam hal meraup keuntungan menjadi lebih besar.

ABSTRACT
This program aims to increase the knowledge of MSME actors and workers about the importance of using online media to increase the marketing of products to be sold, besides that there is also the purpose of holding this seminar and workshop program to increase the economic income of Cilame Village, so that people can live a prosperous life. This activity program begins by collecting data on MSME actors in Cilame Village, then asking for permission to determine the date of implementation of the activity program. On August 8, 2022, we conducted a site survey by visiting several MSME actors in Cilame Village, to be able to synchronize the problems in the field, we created a Strategy Marketing For Start Up Business. The students carried out activities by making seminars in which there were presenters who conveyed an understanding of the importance of using online media in this digitalization era to increase product sales, with the seminar held at the Cilame Village Hall, MSME actors became aware of how to use media online to market their products. The students also provide assistance by visiting the place of business actors who then provide special practices to MSME actors so that MSME actors can do marketing through online media directly. As a result, MSME actors understand and immediately use online media as a tool for marketing. This strategy is very effective in increasing sales of products sold and can help MSME actors in terms of reaping greater profits.
