ABSTRACT

Kampung Merak is a village under the guidance of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah, Pontianak City. The awareness of the residents of Merak Village to have their health checked at the Puskesmas is still relatively low. There are many problems that arise in this Kampung environment, especially around the Muhammadiyah 3 Elementary and Middle School locations, so that it requires adequate health services. Currently, health services for residents are still not running optimally, so education, consultation and regular health checks are needed. Through health services in this service program which includes body mass index services; services for uric acid checks, blood sugar checks, and education, as well as health consultation services will help residents control their health. This activity is carried out periodically and residents provide health reports for Muhammadiyah residents in the Mariana village. Efforts to implement the Healthy Village in Mariana Village are educative-preventive, consultative, participatory and recreative, in the form of prevention through education, consulting services and community participation in creating interventions for the Healthy Merak Village in Mariana Village.
