Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dengan Teknologi Komposter Takakura Dan Bersih Pantai Di Pantai MBeach Kalianda 2023

ABSTRAK
Wilayah pesisir Indonesia sangat luas meliputi panjang pantai sepanjang 81.000 km. Dengan panjang pantai tersebut menjadikan Indonesia mempunyai banyak potensi wisata alam bahari. Salah satu wisata yang terkenal di daerah Lampung Selatan Provinsi Lampung yaitu Pantai MBeach. Pantai ini bisa dikatakan sudah cukup populer bagi para wisatawan lokal maupun nasional, karena kondisi pantainya yang masih asri. Perkembangan ini tentu telah meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan warga. Namun demikian seiring dengan peningkatan secara ekonomi, terjadi pula peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan urbanisasi yang cepat. Aktivitas dan daya beli masyarakat yang semakin tinggi menyebabkan semakin bertambahnya timbunan sampah sebagai sisa aktivitas. Bentuk intervensi tersebut salah satunya melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (pengabmas) dosen Poltekkes Tanjungkarang, Jurusan Kesehatan Lingkungan, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah. Dalam kegiatan pemngabmas ini maka bentuk kegiatannya adalah program bersih pantai dan pengelolaan sampah organik, anorganik. Kegiatan tersebut melalaui beberapa tahapan, yaitu Tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Produk yang dihasilkan adalah pupuk kompos yang berasal dari sampah organik dari tempat tersebut. Diharapkan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini dapat menjadi proses yang berkelanjutan dan berkesinambungan.

ABSTRACT
Indonesia's coastal area is very wide, covering a length of 81,000 km of beaches. With this long beach, Indonesia has a lot of natural marine tourism potential. One of the famous tours in the South Lampung area of Lampung Province is MBeach Beach. This beach can be said to be quite popular with local and national tourists, because the condition of the beach is still beautiful. This development certainly has increased the economy and welfare of citizens. However, along with economic improvement, there has also been an increase in population and rapid urbanization. The higher the activity and purchasing power of the people, the more landfill waste as a residual activity. One form of this intervention is through community service activities (pengabmas) for lecturers at the Tanjungkarang Health Polytechnic, Department of Environmental Health, with the aim of increasing knowledge, skills and community empowerment in waste management. In this community service activity, the form of activity is a beach clean program and organic and inorganic waste management. The activity went through several stages, namely the preparation stage, and evaluation. The product produced is compost that comes from organic waste from that place. It is hoped that this community empowerment can become an ongoing and continuous process.
