Implementasi Pendidikan Kesehatan Tentang Fase Klimakterium Dalam Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Ibu Usia 35-65 Tahun di RW 05 Kelurahan Karangroto Kecamatan Genuk Kota Semarang

Abstract

Latar belakang : Klimakterium adalah periode peralihan dari fase reproduksi menuju fase usia tua dengan mengalami penurunan fungsi degenerative/endokrinologik. Tujuan : Mengetahui pengetahuan ibu tentang klimakterium dan menopause.  Metode : Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengetahui bagaimana perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan dengan media leaflet. Hasil : Terdapat perubahan rata-rata sebelum penyuluhan 0.10 dan simpang baku 0.305 dan rata-rata sesudah penyuluhan 0.87 dan simpang baku 0.346. Hasil uji statitistic menggunakan Wilcoxon didapatkan p value = 0.000 (<0,05) yang artinya terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan tentang Fase Klimakterium. Kesimpulan : Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta, dengan rata-rata pengetahuan yang meningkat secara signifikan. Metode leaflet sebagai media edukasi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang  klimakterium dan menopause.
