Abstract

Pemetaan wilayah desa Kota Raman menjadi fokus penting dalam pengembangan dan pengolahan wilayah, karena pemetaan yang akurat dapat membantu mengidentifikasi potensi serta masalah yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Namun, pemetaan wilayah pedesaan seringkali kompleks dan memakan waktu. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, diperlukan alat yang dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pemetaan. Salah satu alat yang efektif adalah Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG), yang memungkinkan pengolahan, analisis, dan manajemen data geografis. ArcGIS adalah prangkat lunak (software) yang digunakan dalam pengimplementasian SIG, memungkinkan analisis data dan pengolahan geografis dengan efisien. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemetaan wilayah pedesaan di Desa Kota Raman dengan menggunakan ArcGIS, serta menganalisis manfaat penggunaannya. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini mengumpulkan dan mengolah data menggunakan ArcGIS. Hasilnya adalah peta administrasi desa dengan informasi tentang batas wilayah administrasi desa, dusun, RT, jaringan jalan, sarana, prasarana, pertanian, dan irigasi.
