Media Ekspresif Seni Melalui Melukis Totebag dalam Mendukung Regulasi Emosi Mahasiswa Difabel Daksa

Stres akademik merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering dialami oleh mahasiswa, termasuk mahasiswi difabel daksa, khususnya pada masa Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS). Kondisi ini dapat berdampak pada kesejahteraan emosional apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan ruang ekspresi emosi serta membantu pengelolaan stres akademik melalui art therapy melukis totebag. Subjek kegiatan terdiri dari tiga mahasiswi difabel daksa di Pusat Layanan Difabel (PLD) UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara sederhana, serta pelaksanaan art therapy dengan pendekatan ekspresif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya perubahan positif pada peserta, ditandai dengan meningkatnya rasa rileks, fokus, keterlibatan dalam aktivitas, serta penurunan tingkat stres akademik. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa art therapy melukis totebag dapat menjadi alternatif intervensi sederhana dan aplikatif dalam mendukung regulasi emosi mahasiswi difabel daksa di lingkungan perguruan tinggi.
