PENDAMPINGAN KELOMPOK WORKSHOP DALAM PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN PENYUSUNAN PROGRAM BAGI CALON TENAGA PENGELOLA GREEN SCHOOLING DI SMA BUKIT ASAM TANJUNG ENIM SUMATERA SELATAN

Abstract


The problems in Senior High School of Bukit Asam Muara Enim is the manager of Green Schooling Program that has not been trained due to a change of stewardship. This situation resulted in the implementation of Green Schooling Program experiencing obstacles. The objectives of green schooling workshop are: 1) Increase knowledge about green school or green schooling, 2) Develop Green Schooling work group organization, and 3) Improve school management with environmental vision. The place of activity is done in Senior High School of Bukit Asam. The target subjects are Bukit Asam Senior High School as a candidate for Green Schooling Program managers amounting to 20 people. 32 hours (4 days) implementation time from 25-28 August 2015. The method used in this activity is a combination of workshop, simulation, and practice. The results achieved in the implementation of community service, among others: First, cognitively the mastery of knowledge about green schooling workshop participants increased from the initial conditions score (before the workshop of 59.35), after the workshop increased to 73.45. Secondly, a workgroup organization is formed as a candidate for managing green schooling program as a refinement of the management of Adiwiyata Senior High School of Bukit Asam Program in 2012. Thirdly, there is only 1 participant who is not qualified as a candidate for green schooling program manager (5%). While 19 people or 95% have achieved performance with enough category (20%) and good category (75%).
