In the implementation of education by using the Curriculum 2013 mandates that the competence must be owned by learner balanced between cognitive, psychomotor, and affective. The purpose of community service is to instill affective aspects of the responsibility of learners, especially on cleanliness. Partners in community service activities are Satriajaya State Elementary School 01 North Tambun Subdistrict, Bekasi Regency. Subjects who were subjected to the activity were 4th graders of 2 classes with the number of each class of 30 people. The technology given to partners is the application of portofolio assessment in the planting of responsibilities. Data were collected with portfolio assessments by classroom teachers on the activities of learners in the cleanliness of the classroom environment. Activity data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The conclusions derived from the results and discussion, among others: First, the application of portfolio assessment on the cultivation of student responsibilities to the cleanliness of the classroom through the picket class showed better and consistent results than the class without a picket list. Second, the application of portfolio assessments to the cultivation of learners' responsibility for classroom cleanliness through the picket class shows better results for floor cleaners, yard, and table-chairs components and is consistent than a class without a picket list.
