Abstract

Ketersediaan air yang terbatas untuk keperluan pertanian masih merupakan masalah. jumlah air hujan maupun air irigasi belum dapat menjamin kelangsungan kebutuhan air sepanjang tahun. usaha yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah ini antara lain dengan mengembangkan sistem tata guna air yang efisien dan tepat.
