Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis skema pengelolaan Galian C yang berfokus pada kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal. Dimana memasuki 2026, pemerintah mendorong transformasi tambang ilegal menjadi Tambang Rakyat yang berizin untuk memeratakan ekonomi. Perlunya keterlibatan lintas sektoral baik pusat maupun daerah. serta dalam rangka pemberdayaan lokal, salah satunya adalah Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dan koperasi dalam rantai pasok material konstruksi diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat secara signifikan sekaligus menjamin keberlanjutan lingkungan.
