STUDI PERSEPSIONAL TUGAS POKOK DAN FUNGSI (TUPOKSI) KARYAWAN DAN KOMITMEN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA LAYANAN UNIVERSITAS PAMULANG TANGERANG SELATAN

Abstract


The quality of institutional services is a challenge that cannot be ignored as a form of work, human resources are no exception employees at the University of Pamulang Tangerang (UNPAM). Good institutional employee service management will be an important factor for performance. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the perceptional effect of employee duties and work commitment to the performance of UNPAM services. The study was conducted in UNPAM's student services units. The target population in this study is UNPAM employees, with the sample studied is student service units including academic, financial, and student administration services. The research data collection technique was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire. The study was conducted using survey methods. The research data were analyzed using the parametric statistical approach, namely regression techniques. The results of the study concluded as follows: 1) There is a perceptional effect on the job performance of UNPAM employees with a proportion of influence of 18%, 2) There is an influence of work commitment on the performance of UNPAM's employee services with the proportion the amount of influence is 61.10%, and 3) There is a simultaneous influence of tupoksi and work commitment simultaneously on the performance of UNPAM employee services with a proportion of the influence of 85.10%.
