Abstract

This research aims to examine: (1) human resource problems, (2) the role of government in human resources in Indonesia (3) solutions to human resource problems in Indonesia. The design of this research is. The method for writing this article is to use the Literature Review Method, namely the Qualitative Descriptive method and library research, sourced from the online application Google Scholar, Mendeley and other online applications. This Literature Review article is in the field of International Business Economics, Human Resources Management. The research results show (1) human resources are very important to advance Indonesia (2) the government's role in human resources is needed (3) solutions to every human resources problem in Indonesia.
