

ANALISIS PENGARUH PEMAKAIAN BAHASA DAERAH DALAM RUTINITAS HARIAN TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR MAHASISWA PADA MATA KULIAH BAHASA INDONESIA
Abstract
The use of local language as a medium of daily communication has an important role in shaping the cultural and social identity of individuals. It is important to understand the relationship between the use of local languages in daily life and students' interest in learning Indonesian language courses. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the use of local languages in daily activities on students' interest in learning Indonesian language courses. As well as to determine the difference in interest in learning Indonesian between students who often use local languages in everyday life and those who do not. This study uses a cross-sectional research design. The normality test results between questionnaire 1 and questionnaire 2 data show a significance value of 0.205 (sig>0.05). The significance value in the T test analysis was 0.012 (sig<0.05). The Pearson correlation test results state a significance value of 0.000 (sig<0.05). The use of local language has a positive influence on interest in learning Indonesian language courses. There is a difference in interest in learning Indonesian between students who often use local languages in everyday life and those who do not.
