Peran Guru Sekolah Dasar dan Orang Tua dalam Hybrid Parenting bagi Kecerdasan Emosional Generasi Alpha

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat menyebabkan Generasi Alpha menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola kecerdasan emosional. Di sisi lain, penelitian yang mengintegrasikan peran guru sekolah dasar dan orang tua melalui pendekatan hybrid parenting masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran guru dan orang tua dalam penerapan hybrid parenting untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional Generasi Alpha. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan prosedur Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Data diperoleh melalui Google Scholar pada rentang tahun 2021–2026 menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil seleksi menghasilkan 15 artikel yang dianalisis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan sebagai pembimbing dan fasilitator pembelajaran, sedangkan orang tua berperan dalam pendampingan penggunaan teknologi dan pembentukan komunikasi emosional yang positif. Kolaborasi guru dan orang tua menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung perkembangan kecerdasan emosional Generasi Alpha.
The rapid development of digital technology has challenged Generation Alpha in managing emotional intelligence. However, research integrating the roles of elementary school teachers and parents through a hybrid parenting approach is still limited. This study aims to analyze the roles of teachers and parents in implementing hybrid parenting to develop the emotional intelligence of Generation Alpha. The study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) procedure. Data were obtained through Google Scholar between 2021 and 2026 using a purposive sampling technique. The selection resulted in 15 articles for analysis. The study results indicate that teachers act as guides and facilitators of learning, while parents play a role in assisting in the use of technology and fostering positive emotional communication. Collaboration between teachers and parents is a crucial factor in supporting the development of Generation Alpha's emotional intelligence.
