Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) The influence of the transformational leadership on the Work Production of the Teachers, 2) The influence of the organisation culture on the work production of the teachers, and 3) the influence of the transformational leadership and the organisation culture to the work production of  the teachers, as many as 113 teachers are used as samples are 53 teachers and 20 as a reseach trial. There is a positive and significant the influence of the transformational leadership and the organisation culture to the work production of  the teachers. The result of this study indicate that better the transformational leadership and the organisation culture it will be better the contribution to the work production of  the teachers of Junior School teachers Labuhan Maringgai.
