UPAYA GURU BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERBICARA DI DEPAN UMUM PESERTA DIDIK

Abstract


The ability to speak in public is very important both in personal, social and career life. Developing public speaking skills can increase self-confidence and reduce nervousness when asked to speak in public. that good public speaking is as follows: Having attraction, having good faith, never feeling scared and doubtful, dynamic and active. The purpose of this study was to describe the efforts of teachers Guidance and Counseling in improving students' speaking skills. Friendship and friendship is indeed the world of teenagers. This research approach is qualitative research. Researchers act as observers and collectors of research data. Data in the study were obtained through interview and observation methods. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the results of exposure to data and research findings conducted in Muhammadiyah 1 Trimurjo Middle School, up to the discussion of all research findings that are in accordance with the research focus, it can be concluded that the efforts made by teachers Guidance and Counseling in improving public speaking skills of students can realized with group guidance services and content mastering services.
