Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to SWARNADWIPA must adhere strictly to the Focus and Scope as well as the Author Guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscripts must fulfill scientific merit and novelty appropriate to the journal's domain.
All manuscripts must be written in good English. Authors for whom English is not their native language are strongly encouraged to have their paper checked for grammar and clarity before submission. The work must not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
The journal employs a Double-Blind Peer Review system. Submitted manuscripts are evaluated by at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers from the Peer-Reviewers Team. Reviewers provide valuable scientific feedback to enhance manuscript quality. If required, a third peer-reviewer may be appointed to offer additional critical evaluations.
Final Decision Authority: The final decision regarding manuscript acceptance rests solely with the Editor-in-Chief (consulting with the Editorial Board when necessary), taking into consideration reviewer evaluations, acceptance date sequence, geographic author distribution, and thematic alignment.
