PENGARUH SUPERVISI KLINIS DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA GURU SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS NEGERI SUB RAYON 13.08 TULANG BAWANG BARAT

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of clinical supervision and work motivation on the productivity of teachers at Sub Rayon State High School 13.08 Tulang Bawang Barat. This research uses quantitative approach with causality test, that is to test the influence of independent variable to dependent variable based on supporting theory of each variable. The research data collection using questionnaires instrument to 65 respondents. The data obtained were then analyzed by using multiple regression test.Based on the results of the research showed that the partial clinical supervision has a significant influence on the productivity of teachers of high school students Sub Rayon 13.08 Tulang Bawang Barat with tcount> ttable (3,313> 1,998) and probability 0.002 <0.05. Motivation of work has a significant influence on the productivity of teachers of Sub Rayon State High School 13.08 Tulang Bawang Barat with tcount> ttable (6,434> 1,998) and probability 0.000 <0,05. Simultaneously, clinical supervision and work motivation have a significant influence on the productivity of high school teacher of Sub Rayon 13.08 Tulang Bawang Barat with fcount > ftable (42,132> 3,15) and probability 0,000 <0,05.References
