PENGARUH PELAKSANAAN SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN PEMANFAATAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI SE-KECAMATAN RAMAN UTARA LAMPUNG TIMUR

Abstract


The purpose of this study to determine: 1) Knowing the Effects of Principal Academic Supervision on Teacher Performance in Public Middle Schools in North Raman District, East Lampung. 2) Knowing the Influence of the Use of Learning Media on Teacher Performance in Public Middle Schools in North Raman District, East Lampung. 3) Knowing the Effect of the Implementation of Academic Supervision of Headmaster and Utilization of Learning Media Together on the Performance of Teachers in Public Junior High School at North Raman District, East Lampung. This study uses a quantitative type with the design (plan) and structure of the study included in the type of Ex-Post Facto research or measurement after the event. This means that this research reveals existing data without giving treatment or manipulation of research variables, but reveals facts based on measurements that already exist in the respondents. The population in this study were teachers in the public Junior High Schools in North Raman District, East Lampung Regency consisting of 45 government employees teachers and 26 Non government employees teachers, so the total population is 71 teachers. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Before the instrument is ued, first tested the validity and reliability. Data collection techniques using test methods and data analysis techniques using correlation techniques. The results showed that there was a positive direct influence of the Principal Academic Supervision of Headmaster (X1) on Teacher Performance (Y), there was a positive direct influence on the use of Learning Media (X2) on Teacher Performance (Y). utilization of Learning Media (X2) on teacher performance (Y).
