Archiving Policy
1. ARCHIVE CONTENT
At-Tajdid: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pemikiran Islam retains its published issues and article records on the journal platform. The archive includes full-text article files, publication metadata, published supplementary materials, and related editorial notices.
Public access to archived content is governed by the journal’s Access Policy. Unpublished manuscripts, confidential peer review reports, and internal administrative documents are excluded from the public archive.
2. MAINTENANCE AND RECOVERY
The publisher coordinates archive maintenance, checks files for completeness and damage, and retains recoverable copies of publication files and metadata in accordance with its operational procedures. Recovery procedures should be tested periodically to assess readiness for technical disruptions.
Operational backups facilitate data recovery following system failures. However, these backups alone do not guarantee independent preservation or continued public access if the publisher discontinues its operations.
3. PUBLICATION RECORD INTEGRITY
Archive management must maintain the connections between articles and any associated corrections, expressions of concern, or retraction notices. When the journal migrates to another platform, article identifiers, related links, and publication histories must be retained.
Changes to published content are governed by the Scholarly Record Updates Policy. The Digital Preservation Policy addresses continuity beyond the active journal platform, while the Repository and Preservation Policy specifies authors’ rights to deposit versions of their articles.
