1. PUBLISHING AUTHORISATION

Authors grant At-Tajdid: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pemikiran Islam the right to first publish their articles and authorise the journal’s publisher to distribute, index, disseminate, and preserve the published work in accordance with the applicable publication license.

This permission does not establish an embargo or prevent authors from sharing their work. Previously disclosed preprints remain permissible under the journal’s Preprint Policy, while the conditions for depositing and archiving article versions are governed by its Repository and Preservation Policy.

2. IDENTIFICATION OF RIGHTS HOLDERS

Each article published in At-Tajdid: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pemikiran Islam clearly identifies the copyright holder and the applicable publication license. Authors are responsible for declaring any rights held by their employers, affiliated institutions, or other parties and securing the permissions required for publication.

Third-party content credited separately within an article remains subject to the rights of its respective owners. Copyright in published articles is separate from the rights associated with the journal’s website layout, logos, software, and other website content.
